UL196 : Checked in online, reserved a front seat. @SriLankanAir Delhi staff, led by Ms. Sultan, said flight was “full” and sent me to the back. Colombo HQ intervened—and voilà, a front seat appeared! Magic? Or just a courtesy & honesty shortage at DEL check-in? #TravelTales
