Finn (my 12yo) just saw my Twitter profile pic which was taken 8 years ago. You look so young 😮, they said. Now you’ve got more wrinkles and lots of grey hair. And your eyebrows are sadder. 😂😂😂

Today I dragged my heavy, weary, unfit, post-Covid body up to the Worcestershire Beacon. I didn’t think I could do it but I did and it was glorious
