Walked into a Best Buy for the first time today since the pandemic, and someone needs to put this chain out of its misery. SO empty without movies. Only went because Nintendo is feuding with Amazon and won’t let them sell new games. Surprise: It’s a super hassle to buy a game!

I’m checking out of the election cycle now. Dropped off my ballot at the drop box… it’s outta my hands now. ✌️

Boy, I have been reading a string of absolutely terrible Star Wars books lately. What on earth happened to these books? They used to be so fun. Now, they are just so flat and boring. (The answer is, they used to push the story forward. Now, that’s reserved for movies and shows.)

Everyone caught that SM-33 is called that because Smee is Captain Hook’s first mate in Peter Pan, right? #StarWars #SkeletonCrew

Happy birthday to me! Always love the little balloons that pop up on the profile page. It’s been a nice birthday weekend. Spending time with family, and maybe a little time for Xbox. That’s all a guy really needs.

As a Star Wars fan, it pained me to write this. But the truth is, we deserve better than the era of film we’re living in. thefilmlegacy.com/2024/12/14/liv…

That was it?! For the life of me, I just don’t understand the point of Skeleton Crew. Now, I understand why they sat on this show for so long. But damn, put Jude Law’s character in everything. He’s great.

Had an experience recently that completely recontextualized the discourse surrounding The Last Jedi for me, and I can’t stop thinking about it.

Enjoyed the new #CaptainAmericaBraveNewWorld this morning, and I gotta say… 9am start times are for my late 30s what midnight showings were in my 20s.

The unabashed glee from others as federal employees lose their jobs is too much for my heart to take. This level of cruelty has made me lose faith in our society. I need a break. I need to stop doomscrolling. This is my last tweet for a while. Maybe for good.
