Paytm your wallet service is really bad. My fastag linked has stopped working and I have bought a new fastag from IDBI now. But I'm unable to close the account with you. Asks me to close an outstanding amount but doesn't let me pay in any way. Now it's a pain

Now that I have a non working one and a working one and I'm unable to close yours. So stupid way your customer care works with automated chat which doesn't have any proper answer for anything.. stupid experience..
