Some way to kick off the 25th anniversary of our run to the semi-final of the FA Cup 👏 Mark Rogers AND Steve Brown will be at Adams Park as special guests in our Legends Lounge on Saturday. Look out for these two heroes of 2000/01 around the ground!

Harvesting low input spring wheat today, hopefully for milling. The highlight of #harvest25 so far is the first brood of grey partridge since we moved here in 2012, & apparently since long before that. Rewarding as they are a target species for conservation Farm Wildlife

Grieving the loss of one of my best friends, Jim Lovell. His extraordinary legacy is cemented by many space missions: Gemini VII, Gemini XII, Apollo 8 and Apollo 13. Our mutual respect had no limits. The Gemini XII mission we flew together paved the way for the Apollo

Harvest completed. Earliest ever start, earliest ever finish, shortest duration ever. OSR passable, wheat a disaster, spring barley way below average. Fallowed land after wet last year/ ploughed/ strip tilled - no difference between establishment methods. Explanations?

Wheat off yesterday. Mustard, buckwheat & linseed catch crop that was hiding underneath the crop will now race away. Wasn’t completely intentional as it was seed return from last years cover crop, but I’ll certainly take it!

Earlyish start on the spring wheat this morning so the grain isn't too dry and straw doesn't turn to dust. Last year we cut it on 18th Sept at 23% moisture. Mad

Old but still gold. Year 11 of growing Campus OSR seed for KWS UK Ltd - enough for over 250,000 hectares If you’ve bought Campus almost certainly been through here and has still cuts it as a top variety
