Very well said. Dictionaries of symptoms, e.g., from Hannah Davis & company, are important, more important than I first believed. Embracing and extracting (structured) meaning from (unstructured) real-world data is indeed a/the next big challenge.

#longvax is so important to acknowledge because it forces sharper thinking about #longcovid & the like. This is one set of (reasonable, worthy) hypotheses 👇🏽 My top one: biofilmed bacteria colonies can grow while immune system is distracted by <such and such> challenge

This is key for software design too. The idea of 'bounded contexts' was at the heart of domain-driven design, which imo is due for a reboot.

First ANSYME post was meant to come next week, but this was too good! These tangles of the #autonomic nervous system (ANS) are largely overlooked by #neurology today. So ANSYME will highlight today's best whole-body #neuroscience, which could change tomorrow's #medicine.

October is #DysautonomiaAwarenessMonth! The autonomic nerves play an important role in regulating GI motility and the release of digestive juices. People living with various forms of dysautonomia can have significant GI symptoms. Learn more at dysautonomiainternational.org/whatisdys

Herein, somewhat missing the point of a seeming major scientific breakthrough (we could have multiple timekeeping mechanisms!) But maybe yes re unexpected adverse LED health impacts, and practicalities in our day to day living
