Recent report of XRT for HGT1 NMIBC - 37 pts, at 5 years: - RFS 32% - Mets 19% - Cancer specific mortality 25% - Grade 3+ AEs 32% A worthy exploration but given that mets, CSM, and AEs are 2-3X worse than other contemporary salvage NMIBC treatments, this should not be offered
