For Lent Ive given up IDDSI L7 diet! + as its N&H Week Im eating out for lunch to see whats available for those on modified diets. Food options have been very limited across hospitals, education + social settings! Such an eye opening experience! ROLL ON EASTER! #DysphagiaAwareness
