Hi London North Eastern Railway bought some advance tickets earlier, but somehow managed to buy return for the following weeks date 😟 amended the journey, to the same date as outbound, which is a cheaper fare, but it cost me £10 to do it. I made the amendment within minutes? Is that right

Hello London North Eastern Railway I was looking at your route map on one of your services this evening, I was a bit confused to see Sunderland appears as a branch line after Newcastle. I’ve rechecked my geography and Sunderland is definitely before Newcastle, unless the train does a u-turn 🤷🏼‍♂️

Bizarre first class service this morning @lner. Take our orders, but never deliver any food…. 0740 KGX>PBO Second time in as many weeks, the service has been a let down, considering the premium we pay for 1st class, it’s not unreasonable to expect better.
