I don’t know if Americans realize how often ICE arrests US citizens, and how long those citizens can spend detained. I spoke to Davino Watson, who spent 3.5 years in a detention center. He was a citizen every minute of that time. 1/3

There is no press releasing your way out of the facts: ICE was present, officers covered their faces, refused to say what agency they were with, made no announcement before detaining protestors, made no announcement before using non-lethals, and had no interest in de-escalation.

It blows my mind that not Americans don’t realize how fascist we are and that it isn’t a new thing.

I rarely use FB but I’m trying to login to download photos (it’s basically my photos album) and I keep getting this obnoxious message on all my devices. What did they do, fire their entire tech team and it’s just a 🤖 now?

Healthcare is a human right. Housing is a human right. If you’re not on board with that, then YOU are the liability, the one holding us collectively back.

Why are people falling for this grift?

No one consents to being disabled. We don’t choose it. It chooses us. We aren’t asked how we feel about it. Whether we can afford it or if we have family to care for us. It just happens. It’s not a moral failing, you can’t “try harder” your way out of it.

That means you’re complicit. Taking this kind of a stand when people are being disappeared and murdered in custody means you’re also responsible. I really hope we’re able to hold them accountable someday.
