#Missing Paraguayan reported to Spain’s Policía Nacional National Police in 2019, body with Catalan police Mossos since Aug 2018, but case needed policianacional and INTERPOL 6 to resolve it 6 years later? What failed here? Systems? Communication? Lack of professional curiosity/empathy?
