Well, that was me today 🤣

I officially retired from running further than 5k a few years back, to concentrate on triathlons but I feel I have enough 'running' in me to apply for a charity place at London marathon 2024. No chance of a ballot place #DiabeticRunner #TeamNMD #ForMyDad

My last few weeks....did a sprint triathlon and smashed it, got a new piercing, had plenty of laughs and fun with the kids and spent time with mum and dad. Focus on what matters in life, the last few months have been draining for us all but, we've come out this other side smiling

92-year-old Jean is taking on a marathon lengthed walk for the Association in memory of her sister-in-law.

The walk, in May, is build up to her 93rd birthday. Jean's event idea was inspired by Rob Burrow CBE.
