Welcome to the Valley Football Twitter page! We have been working hard in the weightroom throughout the winter and can’t wait to start the 2018 season!

Our first Lumberjack Beast of the week goes to Freshman, Wyatt Dallison. Wyatt has best displayed Character, Discipline, Dedication, & Attitude. This is a very hard working group who hold each other accountable for not only attendance but also finishing each rep. Congrats Wyatt!

Winner of the Championship Belt this week is Colby Kinkade. Colby set multiple Personal Records in the weight room this week and showed great leadership! Congrats Colby! 1% better every day!

It was raining PR’s in the weightroom today! After earning the belt last week, Colby hit a 465 squat with ease! Love watching these guys improve every day. Games are won in the offseason! #GoJacks #FINISH

This weeks winner of The Belt is David Sell! David is growing not only in the weight room, but also in the classroom as his grades are consistently improving! Not included are 7-8 other guys that are also busting their butts during school hours in the weight room! Congrats David!

This weeks winner of The Belt goes to Sophomore Jake Busch! This will be Jake's first year playing football, but he brings all kinds of energy and encouragement to the weight room! These guys are grinding everyday! Congrats Jake! Go Jacks!

Players: Entitlement & ego will absolutely kill your talent. Stop listening to others tell you how good you are. A lot of players get told how good they are & stop working. Have a mindset that you’ve never arrived. If entitlement is a disease, then discipline is surely the cure.

Congrats to this weeks winner of The Belt, Sophomore Hunter Wood! Hunter not only leads leads by being vocal, he also leads by example, as he is always working his hardest! Congrats Hunter!

Also, everyone welcome new coach Marcus Winters to the staff! Mark is a great addition who brings enthusiasm and a winning attitude to the team. In the video he is leading the two teams, who lost the daily competition, to their "finishers".
