On Tuesday January 5th the new Potters Hill Brush 1 was placed in service. It’s a 2020 Ford F-350 mainly built in house only the lights, Radios, siren, lettering, wheels and tires and spray in bed lines was subbed out.

This morning around 3am Beulaville Fire, Lyman Fire, Sarecta Fire, Potters Hill Fire, Duplin County EMS, Beulaville PD, Duplin County SO, Duplin County Fire Marshal, Duke Power and Red Cross responded to this Working residential structure fire on S. Jackson Street. No injuries

This afternoon about 1:30pm Potters Hill Fire and NCSHP responded to this MVC on Wagon Ford Road. No injuries traffic control only.

Our new flag poles, flags, and LED sign have been completed. Starting to look like a fire department now!

At around 12 noon today Potters Hill Fire responded mutual aid to Hargetts Crossroad Fire (Jones County) for a tractor trailer loaded with logs on fire. 14 members with Potters Hill Engine 1, Engine 2, Tanker 1, Brush 1, and Rescue 1 responded to the call.

Last Saturday evening Potters Hill Fire responded to this vehicle fire on E. NC 24 Highway near the Duplin/Onslow County Line.

This morning Potters Hill Firefighters got some live fire training in with mutual aid companies Pink Hill Fire, Deep Run Fire and Hargetts Crossroad Fire.

Today Potters Hill Firefighters join members from Beulaville, Kenansville, Lyman, Fountaintown, Albertson, Northeast, and Rose Hill for aerial training using Northeast Tower 95 and Rose Hill Truck 3

Yesterday afternoon Potters Hill Fire, Hargetts Crossroad Fire, Pink Hill Fire, Richlands Fire, Jones County EMS and Jones County Fire Marshal responded to this working residential structure fire on Mary Tate Road. No injuries reported

At 9:11 am this morning Potters Hill Fire responded to a tractor trailer blocking the roadway. Units remained on scene till a wrecker company could remove the truck from the roadway, all units clear around 10:30 am.

Beulaville, Potters Hill, and Sarecta Fire, Duplin Co. EMS, Duplin Co. Fire Marshal, Law Enforcement and NCDOT responded to this MVC. The vehicle being chased by US Marshals struck a light pole went air borne landed on a pick up and burst into flames. Two minor injuries!
