Thoroughly enjoyed the first module of pipeline pathfinders. Shout out to pipeline entrepreneurs and the rest of the cohort. We will be continuing forward on our journey solving issues for veterans. Looking forward to continued support and lessons in the program.

Before March passes, we’d like to take the time to acknowledge all the hard working social workers out there. Hard working professionals putting in hours to make sure that people have a place to sleep, food to eat and access to basic amenities.

Really enjoyed the panel last week, “Tapping Today’s Talent: Accessing the Veteran Talent Pool”. The KC Chamber is doing a great job of highlighting the tremendous resource of talent that veterans are in the Kansas City area!

The interview process is as much about the candidate identifying fit as the employer. Both parties need to feel the relationship will work in the long run. Take a moment and analyze your company culture to see if you are truly “veteran ready”.

It’s no secret that the military transition process is inherently flawed. Although many are able to reintegrate back into the civilian world, some do not - those are the ones that Vetelligence was created for.
