O2 #SeeWhatYouCanDo Turns out not much. Can’t deliver a phone. Can’t communicate effectively. Can’t tell the truth. Advertise next day delivery, can’t do that. Tell you to DM them, they don’t answer. Can you do anything or have you taken up selling Christmas trees instead?

Today’s O2 update. Original order placed Monday, it’s now Sunday and they’ve texted me six times telling me to expect a message from their courier. They know that the phone hasn’t left their warehouse. #SeeWhatYouCanDo not a lot of you are O2.

Today’s O2 cock up. Cancelled my order for delivery, was told that it would take a day to process the cancellation, turns out it’s way longer than that so my account is now locked. #SeeWhatYouCanDo eh? Not a lot as it happens.
