Last week, I had the honor to participate in the first meeting of the United Nations CSW Bureau for the 69th Session. The session will adopt a Political Declaration on the occasion of #Beijing30. We encouraged by MS inclusion of CSW Revitalisation in draft of Pact for the Future.

I was invited to this important advocacy event for the renewal of the United Nations Decade of People of African Descent. Extraordinary insights. Recognise, Justice and Development was the theme. It was an honor to be a panelist at this event on Women in Int. Law hosted by the New York Bar Association this week. I shared on my journey as a lawyer, why I chose children & women’s rights. We had an extraordinary discussion on the law, culture, religion & child marriage.

It all about equality, rights and empowerment, and yes for ALL women and girls!!
