Someone irresponsibility predicted occurrence of strong earthquake at ImphalEast today (26 February)unnecessarily keeping everyone tense, anxious and gloomy.The extreme heat doesn't help either. It's really unfair of such baseless utterances knowing that only God knows the truth.
