The WestJet strike stranded us in Vegas with no option to return within 48 hours (or since for the record). Submitted a claim for compensation for out-of-pocket expenses to fly home and heard nothing. Any similar situations out there seen success with a claim? #westjetstrike

And we are STILL waiting for a response (or even acknowledgement of our situation) from WestJet Online chat = no options, phone = no answer… and we’re out $2500 plus the original cost of our trip. As loyal WestJet customers, we could not be more disappointed or frustrated.
