A lot of people want to be bosses, but few are willing to do what’s necessary to become a leader. Anyone can be a boss if they’re given the title. Being a leader takes discipline!

People want opportunities to go to higher levels but don’t know the half of the time, effort, and sacrifice that it takes to truly operate at that position.

Make no mistake about it, whenever you see great reward, there has been great sacrifice. Just make sure the reward is worth the sacrifice.

As hard as your 2024 may have been, you made it through. Let that be an encouraging thought for you in 2025. You’re still here. Still fighting the fight and you made it through last year!
