Health – My Daily Routines: Start the day with intention (focused on nutrition, exercise, rest), begin & end with a minute mindful breathing, fasting, drink plenty of water, choose whole unprocessed foods, eat mindfully, stay active regularly and follow a calming bedtime ritual.
