Even the smallest of things remind him of /him/. He knows he can’t stay away forever, but just needs time to figure things out. Besides, he had a feeling Jackson wouldn’t try and find him.

He went to visit his brother to get some advice - Arwood was always better with emotions than he was.

Arwood let him cuddle an old teddy bear to help cope with not having a precious Jackson to hug.

Gol gently hugged his love from behind - he could tell something was off about the male. “Do you want to talk about it..?”

He felt bad for sneaking up on his love like that, but did his best o comfort him. “Of course.” An so he would, holding Laycie close for as long as he wished it. His larger hand held onto the other’s gently yet firmly, and head rested on Lay’s.

Goliath took the chance to gently hold Lay’s head in place, other arm still wrapped around him whilst they stood in silence. It wasn’t long before the reaper got an idea; he would start humming a gentle tune that always helped him calm him down.

God is not the only one searching for Jackson - Goliath can sense something is wrong, but isn’t allowed in heaven or hell without the consent of a higher being. So he worriedly searches the Earth for his beloved and tries to call out to him.
