What is the shortest high yielding wheat varieties out there that stand. Other than Brandon or its cousin Starbuck. Asking for a friend.

You know. I’m stupped I usually can set a combine pretty well but these small seeds in wheat really got me. Actually taking a sample from the pan of the seeds to the elevator to see if there just dockage anyways.

Why didn’t you tell me I had a bin of canola left. Tapping on bins and a bingo came along. That wasn’t on my bingo scoresheet.

Ya exporters of canola, the canola crop isn’t a big as it looked from road. We are down about 25 percent from last year. Been hearing the same north and east of us also. July heat made small pods and in some areas no pods just sticks.

Best dugout treatment before winter. Water is used for the house also.

So the last 2 years of BASF canola 340 in particular has been so hard going through the combine. To the point that we have to tighten concave up to get it out of the pods or else we have rotor loss. Is there better pod shatter options from BASF that maybe not so tough to combine

Harvest weather these days. Sun is finally out. Hopefully later today we can take some tough canola off. 😂
