Royal College of Anaesthetists (Not a doc) I must say that this document is very reassuring. It’s clear and straightforward and seems imo to reflect excellent practice. One Q tho: how financially viable is this level of supervision? Why would an AA be worth employing? Why would a doctor agree to supervise?
