MSOs oppose outdoor grow for one reason and one reason only: It takes money out of their pocket and puts in the pockets of small farmers. Virginia is in an agricultural state and the VCA believes farmers all over Virginia should be part of the legal cannabis market.

.VaHouseofDelegates and VaSenateofVirginia passed the legislation I carried with the support of a broad coalition to create an equitable, legal marijuana retail market in VA! GOP Leader Gilbert said it best, “This is one of the most monumental pieces of legislation that we’ve ever had before us.”
