It was great seeing students from Virginia State University visiting the #VALeg for Virginia21 advocacy day.

Yesterday, VBHEC President Kirk Cox was the keynote speaker at the Virginia21 Leadership Luncheon, celebrating this year's accomplishments of student leaders from across the Commonwealth.

It's an annual highlight to attend the Virginia 21 Leadership Luncheon honoring its student members. Former Speaker Kirk Cox gave inspiring remarks about public service. Pictured here with the Speaker, board chair Michael Forehand, Betsy B. Carr, and VA 21 director Kate Slayton
