I stopped trying to be “the designer with all the answers.” Instead of rushing to screens, I started asking better questions. Design got clearer. Decisions got faster. Results got stronger. Sometimes, the best move isn’t designing faster. It’s thinking better first.

Good designers don’t just move fast. They pause at the right moments. To clarify the real problem. Question assumptions. Decide what truly matters. That pause saves time, money, and redesigns. Speed matters. But direction matters more. Are you moving fast… or moving right?
