Today we introduce Vincent Phillip Muñoz (Phillip Muñoz), distinguished visiting professor at the SCL. Dr. Muñoz is also the Tocqueville Professor of Political Science at University of Notre Dame, where he is the founding director of the Center for Citizenship & Constitutional Government.
