The situation was so dangerous at Khe Sanh 1968, lead flying everywhere, that the aircraft wouldn't land they would just drop low and eject the cargo out the back and then hit full throttle and swoop away. Our beloved Marines endured that carnage for 77 days! 🇺🇸💪
