We had a crewmember left stranded by KLM and they offered no solution other than referring to an travel agent that seem to be going out of business or having problems and do not respond. Reconsider KLM for crew travels.

Turned out that KLM when we checked had in fact not canceled the flight from Panama to AMS and flight left on time but had canceled crewmembers confirmed seat, causing crewmember to miss mothers funeral and causing about $1700 in extra cost with a $3200 ticket now in limbo.

Expected better from KLM after having thousands of crew traveling with them through the years.

Warning to crewing agencies KLM will cancel your crewmembers seat and leave them stranded on a multi airline ticket. Little or no responsibility taken over their own selling seat to other at a higher price. Regulators should take notice.

What are British Airways going to do about two Filipino crew members that left stranded in Nassau after telling them their flight had been canceled, while record show flight left on time. They have now been at hotel for 14 days while BA refuse to board them, violating IMO Agrm.

Thanks for the DM we got back, we need more if there are more victim of British Airways sending flight canceled notice and flight turned out not being canceled, only for you, creating travel, cost and refund/voucher issues in its wake.

Thanks for DM's, any more out there? It is very helpful, it looks like we will have to front a suit against British Airways. These examples of #fakecancel will help establish a pattern so that we can proceed with interrogatories and court ordered discoveries into the cases.
