Today Commandant of the U.S. Marines told 2nd Lieutenants at The Basic School, that there is no “Book for every situation,” he said “It's the SNCO and Officer relationship” that allows a unit to persevere through adversity. As @USMC SNCOs we do not bear the weight of command, we share in it!
