SAC Health Systems is now open to serve our Rialto USD students! They provide: immunizations, physicals, flu shots, and sport physicals.  They are located at 815 S. Willow Ave. Rialto, CA 92376 and can be reached at 909–820–8160.

Central City Community Helath Center’s Mobile Unit will be providing physicals, vaccines, and a lot more health services today at Jehue Middle School until 3pm! Please call 714-520-0855 for more information. Additional clinics will be scheduled in the near future!

Our Child Welfare and Attendance Team provided turkeys and food boxes for RUSD families this past week. Wishing everyone had a Happy Thanksgiving from our CWA family!
