We are celebrating National School Lunch Week this week and would like to thank our amazing food service staff for their hard work and dedication. They are an important part of our team and we want to recognize them for providing healthy school meals to our students!

Today for junior high we had the sports teams sit together to show team appreciation for the last game of the season.

Bob turns 88 today!. He does so much for our cross country program. He has been maintaining the course for almost 30 years. Alot of people at the meet yesterday signed his poster… even other schools.

Students had a good time at the HOSA Fall Leadership Conference in Manhattan yesterday.

Due to an accident, Highway 56 between NHHS and Admire is currently closed. The high school can be accessed by taking Road L to Highway 56. Road 330 can be taken to get to Road L. Please allow extra travel time and use caution in the area.

American Education Week is this week. This annual event celebrates public education and honors the contributions of educators, school staff, and the entire school community. Thank you so much to all our amazing educators! You are greatly appreciated!

NHHS CTSO 's are collecting items for a non-perishable food and hygiene drive. Drop boxes are located at the schools and the District Office. Items may be brought to locations on school event nights. We are collecting items now through December 16th.

The power is out at NHHS, which also affects the phone lines. If you need to contact the school, please call the district office at 620-481-2085 and we will get a message to them!

NHHS only! Due to the power outage at NHHS we are dismissing high school students at 1 pm today! Busses will run accordingly! NO high school activities tonight! NLC has power and will dismiss at regular time. NLC activities remain as scheduled!
