Dear Waitrose & Partners I want to know that the food I buy from you is slaughtered in accordance with humane and civilised practices, not under ISLAMIC law. The same would apply to Kosher. Label the food we eat. We have a right to know. I’m not a Muslim. I don’t want to eat Halal meat.
