Smugglers Float an All-Terrain Vehicle Across the Rio Grande. With assistance from CBP AMO, agents arrest 6 illegal aliens in Harlingen, TX, using a retrofitted ATV in their smuggling attempt. Modifications to the ATV also suggest a dual use for drug smuggling.
