Following the assessment conducted earlier this year with the Performance Management Measurement tool (PM2), our teams in #Rwanda & #Zambia are working with partner cooperatives to develop tailored action plans directly addressing the key challenges identified by the assessment.

Last week, the first training for our newly recruited Cooperative Marketing Managers (CMMs) was conducted with RICEM , focusing on developing effective marketing strategies for cooperatives. We're excited to see this program driving growth across our partner cooperatives.
