🥞 It's Shrove Tuesday #PancakeDay! In Horncastle it was tradition that a Pancake Bell 🔔 was rung at 10am @StMarysChc. Once this had been to call people to confession before Lent, but after the Reformation it became a holiday and excuse for sports
