In 2025, 63% of women vs. 94% of men participate in the labor force. UN Women's approach addresses this gap through: 1️⃣Decent jobs 2️⃣Transforming care systems 3️⃣Just transitions to green economies. Our Rep. Aleta Miller spoke @ the 2nd G20 South Africa Employment Working Group in DBN.
