UGA dedicated Black-Diallo-Miller Hall today. UGA’s newest residence hall is named in honor of Harold Alonza Black, Mary Blackwell Diallo and Kerry Rushin Miller, the first African American students to enroll as freshmen and complete their undergraduate degrees at UGA.
