For more than 70 years, Henry lived without any nationality. A Holocaust survivor, he recently was granted U.S. citizenship. He continues to advocate to #EndStatelessness with UnitedStateless, an organization led by stateless people.

Birthright citizenship is guaranteed by the 14th Amendment to the US Constitution. The Executive Order is blatantly unconstitutional. The American people oppose the end of birthright citizenship.

No executive order can supersede the U.S. Constitution and over 150 years of settled law. While President Trump may want to take this nation back to a time before all American citizens were treated equally under the law — we will not allow him to do so.
