A new study from our group show that targeting MALAT1 enhances vulnerability to PARP inhibitors, by reprogramming HR transcriptome & mimicking "BRCAness-like" phenotype, thus highlighting an alternative therapeutic strategy for CRPC patients, irrespective of HR genes alterations.
