Perfect morning for an outing with Garrick & Olly! The lupine were beautiful and they’re everywhere right now. I was able to get in a little jogging which is exciting! Just have to still be really cautious of running too much too fast. No need for a set back! Have a great day

Olly and I went on a hike this am. No running today. My left shin from my screw removal is tender so backing off a bit. Grateful to be out there!

Family walk this am! Olly was Mr swimmer today 🥰 We saw LOTS of turtles🐢 and so many geese with their goslings that Olly wanted to chase lol.

Such a great morning!

7 mile trail run today! Longest in years! Very grateful. Both Olly and I seem to be on the mend finally. Plus Garrick met us with 4 mi to go. Awesome morning!

We had a great 6.7 mile family trail run this morning. Olly was every where! The last couple miles got warm, but Olly had a good creek break before the climb back out to the car.
