Spent the weekend running round in circles at the Sri Chinmoy 24-hour track race at Battersea Park athletics track. Really happy with 1st female and 6th overall. Managed 197.7km (122miles / 494 laps), which was a big pb and I think may be a UK W50 age 24-hr track record.

parkrun PB! 🎉 24hrs to 5km in 5 weeks! Felt very short & fast, but more than happy with 21:46, 3rd female & 1st W50. My first #parkrun since Jan 2020 - was great to be back! Huge thanks to all the Warwick Racecourse parkrun volunteers 👏👏 #mizuno #waverider25
