Year 8 artists have been focusing on Art for Social Change and how visual symbols can convey messages. Keith Haring has been a great artist to look at as his work is popular, playful and shines a spotlight on social issues such as drug addiction and homophobia. #proudtobeucc

Earlier this month our amazing gymnasts competed in the National Gymnastics Competition in Stoke. We entered an under 19 & under 14 team & all did really well! Our highest scorer was Sadie with 15.1 out of 16 on vault! Well done everyone!! #proudtobeucc

The National Beef Association Beef Expo event took place on Saturday near Kendal & we're very proud of UCC student Elizabeth, who won the reserve champion young handler award for showing the overall competition winner Pepper, the Limousin cross heifer. Well done! #proudtobeucc
