A step in the right direction for the Tigers today. 8:17 dropped of total PR, 14:40 of season bests. 9th grader Marley Yau ran a #10 UHS AT performance to secure a medal, running 18:51. Hudson Coady led the way in a new personal best of 16:18 for the boys!

Hudson Coady was voted as boys athlete of the month at UHS yesterday. I’m September, he medaled in three races, won one race and brought his PR down to 16:10 (tied for UHS #19 all time). XC has won 3/4 athletes of the month thus far. Looking forward to our October exploits!
