Gen Muhoozi Kainerugaba described Cedric Babu as a loyal friend and patriot during his burial in Mpigi. The two met in exile in the 1980s and reconnected at Kisubi in 1988. Cedric, a passionate tennis player and politician, died of heart failure in Nairobi, Kenya. Gen
