Speed Drill: In's and Out's are a great way to improve linear speed acceleration. The key to the drill is to change effort/speed without changing mechanics. We use this drill after a 30 minute warm up, complete 2-4 reps (60yds), and allow FULL recovery between reps. #RunItBack

Starting the week with another SPT Team Member: Brandon Hummer is a full time S&C coach for Georgia Softball & both Georgia Golf teams, but also volunteers to help coach our team when he can. Coach Hummer has a TON of experience and does an excellent job coaching our guys! #RunItBack
