I love this—a Canadian UFO story! In 1995, the Canadian government decided to step away from the UFO business, so from 1995 to 2022, UFO researcher Chris Rutkowski put up his hand and said, “I’ll collect them!” Documents from the RCMP, Transport Canada & National Defence.
