Hon’ble High Court has clarified that in the 58 withheld JE (Civil) posts of OSSC CTSRE 2022, B.Tech holders are not eligible & only Diploma Engg qualify. We request CMO Odisha to kindly release these posts to deserving Diploma holders who are waiting since 2022
