Our first ever Chinese coffee is now on bar! We are very excited, especially as this one has flavours or strawberry, mango and hints of banana! If you want geek out we are running it on filter with a recipe of 17g in giving 238g out with a TDS of 1.39 and an extraction of 19.5%
